How does it work?

App developers insert our software development kit (SDK) into their app and add a little bit of code. Afterwards, your mobile app begins sending data to AppLink.io. Our software interprets the data and stores it in our platform. If you link your account with Pardot, AppLink.io will automatically send data to your Pardot portal. We've added AppLink.io to some apps in less than an hour.

Campaigns

Once integrated, AppLink.io creates custom campaigns and properties and then begins sending data to your Pardot account. Arming Sales and marketing people with app user data gives them vital information before they interact with customers. AppLink.io puts app user data right in your team's software, allowing them to see app activity associated with that user.

Lists

AppLink.io also creates segmented lists of your app users, creating a new list for each app you have integrated. You can also create custom lists and segment your app users based on activity or contact properties. Some different lists you could create include lists of high value users, low activity users or users that experience crashes.

Automation Rules

You can also create custom smart lists and segment your app users based on timeline events or contact properties. Some different lists you could create include lists of high value users, low activity users or users that experience crashes.

Triggers and Workflows

AppLink.io includes customizable criteria to trigger custom actions. Triggering criteria include screen views, session length, event, conversion goals or crashes. Actions can include sending emails or text messages, webhooks or sending a One To One Email via Pardot.
